Changes & Cancellations Changes and cancellations must be made by 5:00pm on the following dates: FALL SEMESTER: Friday, September 18, 2009 No changes or cancellations will be granted after these dates! Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the Dining and Vending Services Office, located in 111 Butler Hall. Students must visit the office for the appropriate forms. There are no refunds of board fees except when a student withdraws timely from classes. In such a situation, a student may receive a 100 percentrefund for board if withdrawal occurs prior to the first day of classes. Otherwise, refunds will be made as follows:
Refunds are made in the form of a credit to the student’s Accounts Receivable statement. There is no refund of Board fees for students who withdraw from the university as a result of suspension or dismissal. Tulane reserves the right in the case of natural disaster, pandemic flu or other catastrophic events where Tulane must cease operation for a single semester or significant portion of a semester to modify its no-refund policy. The modified no-refund policy would be determined solely at the discretion of the university administration. Cancellations will include a $50 administrative fee. Change requests include: A daily adjustment is charged or refunded plus a $10.00 administration fee. After the cancellation deadline, no changes may be made to a student's meal plan. |
