Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations must be made by 5:00pm on the following dates:

FALL SEMESTER:  Friday, September 12, 2008
SPRING SEMESTER:  Friday, January 31, 2009

No changes or cancellations will be granted after these dates!

Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the Dining and Vending Services Office, located in 111 Butler Hall.  Students must visit the office for the appropriate forms.

Refunds are made in the form of a credit to the student’s Accounts Receivable statement.  Checks for credit balances should be requested through the Accounts Receivable website.

A pro rata refund is given, less the $50.00 cancellation fee, if the student drops the meal plan, withdraws or is expelled from the university.  The amount of Greenbuck$ a student uses over the pro-rated daily allowance is charged to the student’s account as well.

Changes are effective the day following the request.  A daily adjustment is charged or refunded including a $10.00 administration fee.  

After the cancellation deadline, no changes may be made to a student's meal plan.  Cancellations are effective the day following the request. 

A daily adjustment is subtracted from the full credit including a $50.00 administrative fee.
