Campus DINING

Only at Tulane are menus designed with the idea of providing fresh, satisfying meals that incorporate the local flavors, produce and resources of Louisiana and it's only here that you will eat some of the area's most famous cuisine, like Red Beans and Rice on Mondays and Catfish and Gumbo on Fridays.

RESIDENTIAL

Bruff Commons Dining Room, commonly referred to as Bruff, is centrally located on McAlister Drive and offers an all-you-care-to-eat format.  Our menus are designed to provide flexibility, variety, and freshness to our diverse student body while at the same time incorporating the unique flavors of New Orleans and Louisiana.  Although Bruff is designed primarily to meet the dining needs of resident students, it does offer a flexible meal plan for commuter students as well.

Serving traditional New Orleans cuisine, home-style meals, burgers and specialty sandwiches on the grill, crepes, wraps, vegetarian selections, gourmet pizza and a deli bar, Bruff has something to please everyone.  To enhance the total selection, Bruff also features soup, salad, fruit and dessert bar options. Our dining staff and student advisory board works hard to provide themed dining events to mirror holidays and the seasons regularly and creates menu offerings to go along.  Dine at Bruff as often as you wish by selecting the meal plan option that best fits your lifestyle.

RETAIL

The Food Court in the Lavin-Bernick Center for University Life (commonly

referred to as the LBC) offers a variety of platforms, including Euro, SMART

MARKET grab-n-go salads and sandwiches, and campus favorites like Taco

Bell, Quiznos Subs, Energy Zone smoothies,Byblos Mediterranean cuisine, Sushi Nori and Einstein Bros. Bagels. Our newest additions this fall are Wall of Greens and Panda Express.
