Bruff Commons Dining Room, commonly referred to as Bruff, is centrally located on McAlister Drive and offers an all-you-care-to-eat format.  Our menus are designed to provide flexibility, variety, and freshness to our diverse student body while at the same time incorporating the unique flavors of New Orleans and Louisiana.  Although Bruff is designed primarily to meet the dining needs of resident students, it does offer a flexible meal plan for commuter students as well.

Serving traditional New Orleans cuisine, home-style meals, burgers and specialty sandwiches on the grill, crepes, wraps, vegetarian selections, gourmet pizza and a deli bar, Bruff has something to please everyone.  To enhance the total selection, Bruff also features soup, salad, fruit and dessert bar options. Our dining staff and student advisory board works hard to provide themed dining events to mirror holidays and the seasons regularly and creates menu offerings to go along.  Dine at Bruff as often as you wish by selecting the meal plan option that best fits your lifestyle.
