Call for Mystery Shoppers

Attention Tulane community!
In order to meet our goal of exceeding your dining expectations, Tulane Dining Services is recruiting a diverse group of Tulane students, faculty and staff to participate in our Mystery Shopper Program. 

As a Mystery Shopper, you will shop and evaluate dining locations on campus, help survey the Tulane community on dining customer satisfaction, and participate on the Customer Satisfaction Specialist team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can commit to meeting with the group for approximately one hour a week.

The campus dining locations to be shopped and evaluated include:

The Lavin-Bernick Center Food Court
Bruff Commons Dining Room
Drawing Board Cafe
Der Rathskeller
Le Gourmet
Reily Smoothie Bar
