Special CONSIDERATIONS VEGETARIANS Our Resident Dining Staff continually works to meet the dietary requirements of Vegetarian and vegan students. The Ultimate Dining format at Bruff features a vegetarian platform that is aimed at serving a variety of fresh and healthy vegetarian entrees. Our international platform reserves a special stir fry pan just for vegetarian cooking, and our grill station reserves space on the grill for Gardenburger-brand Veggie Burgers. Our soup platform features a different vegetarian or vegan soup daily and on a rotating basis, many classic entrees and specialty deli items are vegetarian. Our well-stocked salad bar offers a variety of choices daily. Since students choosing a vegetarian lifestyle have more limited dietary options, Tulane Dining Services has implemented a special program aimed to meet these needs. The vegetarian pantry is located in the Bruff Commons Dining Room and features individually packaged offerings such as mayonnaise, tofu, flavored milks and a variety of dishes from the daily offerings of the vegetarian platform.
