They want what they want, when they want it and most often, that’s right now. Lagniappe visitors experience the freshness, witness the skills of the chefs and benefit from the value. The chefs of the Lagniappe busily prepare mise en place for the day’s charbroiled tuna steaks, New York strip steaks, Teriyaki Portobello brochettes, and piping hot cheddar and pasta. For the Lagniappe case, finishing touches are made in today’s Szechuan noodle salad, chilled poached salmon, and ready to toss grilled shrimp Caesar salad. |
