PJ's Coffee is a locally owned and operated enterprise that creates unique coffee blends by roasting the beans in small batches in their roasting facility near the French Quarter.

There are 3 locations on Tulane's uptown campus-the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library basement, the breezeway of Percival Stern Hall and in Willow Residence Hall. PJ's serves a variety of gourmet fresh brewed coffee and teas, soft drinks, juices, and fresh-baked pastries and offer "To Go" catering, gift baskets, and PJ's gift cards.
